Dr. Edgar V. Mocanu is a top specialist in reproductive medicine and surgery at the Rotunda Hospital in Dublin, Ireland. He's a consultant in Obstetrics and Gynaecology and an Honorary Associate Professor at the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland. He holds a Doctor in Medicine degree from Trinity College Dublin. Dr. Mocanu focuses on diagnosing and treating infertility, including male and female infertility, the genetics of male infertility, ovulation induction, and recurrent miscarriage. He is also interested in IVF/ICSI, preventing OHSS (ovarian hyperstimulation syndrome), and advanced reproductive surgery. Dr. Mocanu plays an active role in international organizations like ESHRE (European Society of Human Reproduction and Embryology), FIGO (International Federation of Gynecology and Obstetrics), and IFFS (International Federation of Fertility Societies).
